• A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 payable to A MAUI WEDDING DAYand receipt of this form is required to confirm reservations and begin planning your wedding day. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a written confirmation and estimate based on the services you have selected.
• A MAUI WEDDING DAYis a full service wedding coordination company. All services and payments will be contracted on your behalf through A MAUI WEDDING DAY. You may request use of vendors, however they must be approved and contracted by A MAUI WEDDING DAY.
• A MAUI WEDDING DAY charges a 20% coordination fee on all services and goods provided. All A MAUI WEDDING DAY packages already include this fee. Any changes or additions will be subject to this fee.
• Payments may be made by credit card, personal check, money order or traveler’s checks. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all credit card payment transactions. 4.167% Hawaii State Tax is applicable to all services. Out of state checks will not be accepted less than 45 days prior to your wedding date.
• A MAUI WEDDING DAY requires a credit card number to secure your booking. The client authorizes A MAUI WEDDING DAY to charge the remaining balance on their credit card if the final payment is not received within 45 days prior to the wedding date.
• Additional deposits may be required to secure vendors, locations, rentals or services. You will be notified of these deposits. Additional deposits may be non-refundable as required by the vendor or provider.
• The final balance of your wedding/event is due NO LATER than 45 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellation of any wedding event component within 45 days of the wedding date is subject to a penalty of full estimated revenue.
• All payments will be non-refundable 45 days prior to your wedding/event date. If the remaining balance is not received according to our policy, A MAUI WEDDING DAY will not confirm your wedding/event and secured services/dates may be forfeited.
• Failure to make final payment 45 days in advance may result in cancellation of the wedding or event and all components of the wedding or event.
• The final number of guests in attendance must be submitted as a guarantee thirty days prior to the commencement of the event. Once given, this guarantee is not subject to reduction should fewer attend. Increases to menu guarantee within thirty days of the event must be approved by A MAUI WEDDING DAY and are subject to a surcharge.
• If changes are made regarding vendors that have been secured with a deposit, deposits may be forfeited.
• All floral orders are subject to availability and are confirmed 30 days prior to your wedding date. Any changes or additions cannot be guaranteed less than 30 days prior to your event, however we will try our best to accommodate your request.
• The Maui County Noise Curfew for all outdoor events is 10:00 pm without exception. A MAUI WEDDING DAY adheres to Maui County's strict noise curfew and regulations regarding noise, amplified music and sound.
• All outdoor venues are subject to weather conditions. A MAUI WEDDING DAY reserves the right to determine the final location of an event should inclement weather be experienced. Any additions/changes to your wedding/event may be acceptable provided we are able to secure services/items requested. A MAUI WEDDING DAY is not responsible for complications for delays due to inclement weather, rain, wind, traffic, or acts of God or war.
• All photographs taken may be used for advertising, display, exhibition or editorial use by A MAUI WEDDING DAY, those for whom the photographer is acting, and those acting with the photographer's permission to copyright and /or use, reuse and/or publish, and republish photographic pictures or portraits.
• A MAUI WEDDING DAY does not accept responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of any merchandise, equipment or articles left at the event location prior to, during or following the event.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until final payment is made.
• All Services provided on a holiday will incur an additional charge. Holidays include, but are not limited to Valentines Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day.

Contract as including entire agreement

This instrument embodies the whole agreement of the parties. This agreement shall supersede all previous communications, representation or agreements., either verbal or written, between the parties. There are no promises, terms conditions or obligations other than those contained herein.

This agreement is binding upon and insures to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, administrators, successors, personal representatives and permitted assigns.
