Haiku Mill
The trade wind caressed Pua Le's Ruins with its lush botanical gardens, embraces a hidden treasure of beautifully landscaped and meticulously groomed grounds of Haiku. This Hawaiian historical landmark, charming and unique, is one of Maui's first sugar mills built in 1853. Nestled within a romantic, fairytale-like ambiance, these lovingly restored ruins provide the stage for romantic gatherings and weddings. The refurbished mill's brick flooring, walls of moss and foliage, crystal chandelier, unique fountains and statues adorn the lush wedding site. This wedding location is enclosed, yet open to the sky. The Cane Cottage is available as a changing room.

The Gardens are dedicated to the spirit of aloha and to nature's principles. A cascading natural waterfall and reflection pool at this site can host up to 30 guests. The bluffs offer breathtaking panoramic views of the rugged coastline and surf. Tall native Hawaiian trees filter the sun and gentle breezes keep you cool even on the warmest of days. Breathe in the fresh sweet scents and feel the soft, balmy air on your skin as you stroll on the procession trail through the fertile gardens. Net proceeds from weddings at this Maui private venue are used to fund the preservation and mission of the botanical garden.
