We've got good news regarding the 3.5 acre property in Makena. We are now allowed to offer the site and house not only for weddings but honeymoon packages as well.
After discussions with the owner, an agreement has been reached to allow couples (or their families, guests) to enjoy an extended stay on this beautiful estate. The Honua Kai Lani is located about five miles south of the stop-light at the Shops at Wailea. Covering 3.5 acres, it has over 300 feet of scenic shoreline.
A five-bedroom, air-conditioned house is available for bridal and groom's parties with a kitchen capable of light food prep. Site includes restroom facilities.

This newly renovated oceanfront venue serves as an exclusive and private event facility and is now available for your wedding event. the Kapalua Cliff House was built in 1940 and served as a beachside hale, called the "Private Pools", then "Beach House", before becoming known as the "Kapalua Cliff House". This recreation facility was used by Honolua Plantation managers who lived in the Honolua Camp area. The renovation has 500 square feet on the top floor. The lower level includes two large restrooms with full showers and dressing areas. Guests are welcome to to use this ocean front site for your dinner reception, cocktail hour, cake cutting and first dance. The Cliff House kitchen includes a convection oven, BBQ grill, refrigerator, ice machine, and microwave.
