WEDDING CEREMONY KNOLL

(Up to 140 guests)

$650 – Includes 40 white padded chairs.

MOLOKINI LOOKOUT

(Up to 500 guests) Guest Shuttle Service is required.

$2500 - Site Fee for up to 80 guests. Discounted to $1500 if hosting your reception at Gather Restaurant. Includes 40 white padded chairs.

$3000 - Site fee for over 80 guests. Discounted to $1500 if hosting your reception at Gather Restaurant. Includes 40 white padded chairs.

GENERAL RECEPTION FUNCTION FEES

RESTAURANT BUYOUT

$3000 - Site fee (Up to 170 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $19,000. The event starts at 5pm.

A dance floor is required for dancing inside the restaurant.

MOLOKINI LOOKOUT

$6000 - Site fee (Up to 600 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $20,000. Load-in & load-out fee of $3200. Restaurant backup fee for inclement weather is $6000.

SOUTH DINING ROOM

$500 - Dinner site fee (Up to 40 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $2000.

$250 - Lunch site fee (Up to 40 guests). Minimum food and beverage of 1000.

LOWER POND

$400 - Dinner site fee (Up to 30 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $2000 for dinner.

$300 - Lunch site fee (Up to 30 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $1500 for lunch.

UPPER POND

$700 - Site fee (Up to 40 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $3500.

LOWER LAWN

$1000 - Site fee (Up to 70 guests). Minimum food and beverage of $6000. A permanent dance floor is included.

SWEET COMBO

(Combines Upper Pond, Lower Pond, and part of the main dining room)

$1200 - Site fee (Up to 80 guests). Minimum food and beverage of 7500.

EXTRA SWEET COMBO

(Combines Upper Pond, Lower Pond, and Lower Lawn)

$1500 - Site fee (Up to 100 guests). Minimum food and beverage of 10,000.

Add a $26% service fee + tax to all of the above
