EXCLUSIVE BUYOUT 18,000++. Minimum food and beverage. Up to 200 (220 with exclusive grass area). Only available option for live music or DJ and Dancing
EXCLUSIVE NORTH PATIO $10,000++ Minimum food and beverage. Up to 60 guests (80 with exclusive grass area)
EXCLUSIVE SOUTH PATIO $4,500++ Minimum food and beverage. Up to 32 guests
EXCLUSIVE LUNCH BUYOUT $3,000. Minimum food and beverage
EXCLUSIVE LAWN $2,500++. An upgrade for the full buyout or right exclusive patio. A minimum of 21 days is required to reserve the lawn area
++=4.166% tax and 22% service fee
Any additions to the above setups will decrease the seating capacity. A “pupu style” reception will accommodate more guests than a dinner reception. A setup fee may be incurred when a customized setup is requested and will be determined by management. Live music is only allowed for a full buyout and must be approved by the management. Set up includes white linens, tableware, and napkins. All events end at 10pm.
Events over 4 hours will be charged a labor fee of $100 per hour per staff on duty.
