6–12 Months Before

We’ll focus on venue details, securing priority vendors, developing your overall design direction, and beginning important guest and destination planning.

This is also the perfect time to think beyond the wedding day itself.

A Maui Wedding Day can assist with planning and coordinating your entire wedding weekend, including:

This is also when we begin looking carefully at how every part of the celebration will work together—not simply how each individual element looks on its own.

1–3 Months Before

Now we move deeper into logistics and execution.

We’ll review final details, confirm timelines and vendor responsibilities, address marriage-license planning, finalize layouts and guest considerations, and make sure the many individual pieces of your wedding work together cohesively.

The Final Weeks

This is when our experience truly allows you to step away from the logistics.

Final timelines are distributed, vendor details are confirmed, setup and event logistics are reviewed, and contingency plans are prepared.
