In our process, A Maui Wedding Day takes personal pride in transforming your beautiful setting into an unforgettable and personalized celebration! Our talented, capable, and well-organized team will ensure the no detail is overlooked and every aspect of your wedding matches your desires. Start out by talking to our wedding planner to determine what your overall needs and style are. We’re ready to listen to all of your wedding wishes and dreams!

We begin with a detailed and comprehensive consultation to best understand your unique vision and how we can help bring your vision to reality. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience from our first meeting and establish the trust and confidence you deserve for having us plan your destination wedding from afar.

CUSTOMIZED PROPOSAL:

Whether your budget is large or small, our objective is to squeeze the most value out of each dollar that you have to spend and maintain your budget throughout the planning process. Your coordinator prepares and emails a customized proposal for you based on your venue of choice and estimated guest count.

SET THE DATE:

As you decide on which date is best for you, keep in mind vacation dates, school schedules, holidays, available dates for your venue of choice, and your venue and coordinator’s available dates. To secure your date with us, we’ll send you a contract and deposit invoice.

CHOOSE AND SECURE YOUR VENUE:

Your coordinator will help you locate and secure the venue of your dreams. We offer many stunning and beautiful venues for you to carefully select from. We are familiar with many details of each venue. Once you choose your wedding site, we’ll place a hold for your date, then confirm and sign contracts on behalf of your wedding. Once your date is secured, send out your Save The Date cards as your guests can’t wait to start booking their flights and accommodations!

SECURE PREFERRED VENDORS:

Your coordinator will provide you with a preferred vendor list based on experience, professionalism, and the best fit for your specific celebration. All services and payments will be contracted on our client’s behalf through A Maui Wedding Day. Our clients may request the use of vendors, however, they must be approved and contracted by A Maui Wedding Day. This will ensure the quality of goods and services, and a clean line of responsibility and communication, in order to maintain the quality and success of each event.

PLANNING:

Our planner will work closely with you in planning your boutique wedding plan. If you ever have any worries or problems during the planning process, please feel free to let us know. Our professional team is compassionate, understanding, patient, and caring.

STYLIZE:

Your coordinator will assist you in adding creative and innovative touches and stylish design elements that will set your wedding apart from all others.

TIMELINE:

Your wedding planner will develop a detailed timeline for your wedding day and share it with all vendors to ensure everyone’s on the same page.

WEDDING DAY:

Our focus is on customer service. We provide a team of caring on-site coordinators to ensure that everything comes together seamlessly. Please sit back, relax and enjoy your special day!
