The Rehearsal

• Rehearsal Coordination: Directing the flow of your wedding processional and recessional to ensure everyone is confident for the big day.

Your Wedding Day

• Full-Scale Oversight: On-site coordination team from start to finish, providing excellent customer service and meticulous detail orientation.

• Vendor Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for all vendors, managing arrivals, and handling last-minute logistical details.

• Atmosphere & Flow: Meeting and greeting guests, managing the agreed-upon timeline, and directing the natural flow of events.

• Design Implementation: Setting up all fine details, including escort cards, menus, seating charts, cake decor, linens, and floral accents.

• Compliance & Care: Ensuring all venue rules are followed and that all gifts and personal items are safely gathered and ready to go at the end of the night.
